1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kp365.onl, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service available on the KP365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KP365.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following requirements to register and use a KP365 account:

KP365 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where age verification is requested, account access and withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily. If it is determined that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and net winnings from any period of underage play may be withheld pending review.

3. Your KP365 Account

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on KP365. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances being reviewed.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally carried out each action. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify KP365 support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Balances

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is displayed in your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. If this is not possible due to a change in payment method, KP365 may request additional verification.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the bonus portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that are not linked to an active bonus are generally withdrawable at any time subject to verification requirements.
• KP365 reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your account and to prevent fraud.
• Withdrawals below the minimum threshold displayed in your account settings will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on KP365:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements mean that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked a specified number of times on eligible games before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Eligible games: Not all games on KP365 contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is listed in the specific bonus terms. Live casino games, for instance, may contribute at a different rate than slot games.

KP365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Existing bonus claims that have already been activated will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of activation.

6. Game Rules

KP365 offers games across multiple categories including slot games, live casino, fish games, crash and instant-win games, and RNG table games. Each game is supplied by a certified third-party provider and operates under that provider's independently certified rules and mathematics. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical dealing processes. KP365 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault that causes a game round to be interrupted before completion, the round will be voided and any stakes placed during that round will be returned to your balance. If a fault occurs after a game round has fully resolved, the result of that round stands.
• If a game is offered in demo mode, no real PKR stakes or winnings are involved. Switching from demo mode to real-money play requires a funded account.

• Odds: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to any palpable error. KP365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly and obviously displayed in error.
• Event settlement: Cricket matches including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and other formats are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. Where an official result is not declared within a reasonable timeframe, KP365 will apply its settlement rules as specified in the event's market terms.
• Abandoned and postponed events: If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the stage at which the event was interrupted. • In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to live odds that change rapidly. KP365 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice during an event.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event and per day. The specific limits are displayed in the sports section. KP365 reserves the right to limit the stakes or returns of any individual player on any market.
• Minimum bet: Minimum bet amounts for each sport and market are displayed within the bet slip. Bets below the minimum amount will not be accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the KP365 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance review, and potential permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity information to register or verify an account.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

Where such conduct is detected, the platform reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds involved, reverse any associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and retain any balance pending investigation. Decisions on prohibited conduct are made at the sole discretion of KP365.

9. Privacy & Data Security

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the KP365 support team. Before closing your account, any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your own request.

Where an account is closed by KP365 due to a Terms and Conditions violation, the platform reserves the right to withhold balances pending a full investigation into the circumstances of the violation. Any real-money deposits that were not involved in prohibited conduct may be returned after the investigation is complete.

12. Limitation of Liability
